The site is sea facing property of hill. This resort in Morjim beach is an exceptional project due to its brilliant location and is designed in such a way that all the cottages are getting the sea view. The topography of the site allowed us to play with the levels. There are 43 cottages in total, and we have managed to give each and every cottage a magnificent sea view. The project is inspired by the surroundings and is totally integrated with the environment.

The site is complemented with a sandy shore, various shades of browns from the topography and shades of green from the surrounding vegetation. It is designed in such a way that it creates a staggered vista, which gives the visitors a very nice experience.
