Aggarwal Designers Private Limited (ADPL) successfully designed and implemented the site infrastructure for the Delhi International Cargo Terminal (DICT), a strategically located Inland Container Depot (ICD) and Multi-User Logistics Park in Sonipat, Haryana. Positioned to strengthen North India’s logistics network, DICT features a dedicated railway line connection that enables seamless cargo movement to major industrial and port destinations across India, enhancing multimodal connectivity and reducing turnaround time.
ADPL was responsible for the comprehensive master planning and infrastructure development of the site, including storm water drainage systems, internal roads and circulation planning, heavy truck movement management, water supply and distribution lines, utility coordination, office blocks, toilet facilities, and supporting service infrastructure. Each component was engineered to handle high-volume container operations, heavy vehicular loads, and long-term industrial use.
Through strategic planning and performance-driven design, ADPL delivered a future-ready logistics infrastructure that improves operational efficiency, ensures sustainable water management, and supports scalable expansion. The Delhi International Cargo Terminal stands as a benchmark project showcasing ADPL’s expertise in industrial infrastructure, inland container depots, and large-scale logistics park design in India.
