University is 25km from Pathankot towards Jalandhar. It is planned for catering 25 thousands students mostly from J&K, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Chandigarh for 75 technical professional courses.

Site is surrounded by Apple Orchards around & river Beas flowing one side provides a picturesque view. This is the first fully air conditioned technical private university in Himachal Pradesh. University is designed in the manner that each block gets the view of river.
