Site is located in Hyderabad near Kakinada Port. Being in coastal area site has soft soil with low bearing capacity and very high precipitation levels. Building is designed keeping in mind the rainy season and the site slope is designed preserving the natural slope of site to avoid any water logging.
Due soft soil thick concrete raft has been laid in the foundation with Pre Engineered Building structure for roof. The elevations of building is treated in rich , classical , english theme to make the majestoc look marvelous.
